Conditions

1. About us

This website is operated by Omni Peptides, a business based in Stafford, United Kingdom. These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Research Use Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

2. Research use only

All products are supplied strictly as reference materials for laboratory research use only. They are not medicinal products, are not for human or veterinary consumption, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Full detail is set out in our Research Use Disclaimer.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are purchasing solely for lawful research purposes.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including where we believe products may be intended for human use, where a product is unavailable, or where a pricing error has occurred — and will refund any payment taken in full.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout by card or by bank transfer via an FCA-regulated payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Where a payment is made by manual bank transfer, your order is held until funds clear. Orders not paid within 7 days may be cancelled.

5. Delivery

We ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders placed before 2pm GMT on a working day are normally dispatched the same day; otherwise dispatch is normally within 24–48 hours. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

Orders are sent in plain, unbranded packaging with tracking. Risk passes to you on delivery. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address; we cannot recover parcels sent to an address supplied in error.

6. Cancellation and returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, and a further 14 days to return them. To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp before returning anything.

Exception: for reasons of health protection and hygiene, sealed goods are not eligible for return once the seal has been broken after delivery. This means opened or reconstituted vials, and opened bacteriostatic water, cannot be returned. Unopened, undamaged items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within the cancellation period. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or evidence of return.

7. Faulty or misdescribed goods

Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by these terms. If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, or does not match its description, contact us within a reasonable time and we will replace it or refund you.

Where a batch is independently tested and fails to meet the purity or identity stated on its certificate of analysis, we will refund that item in full on presentation of the test result.

8. Your responsibilities

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, injury, damage or legal consequence arising from any use of a product outside laboratory research use. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
